In the garden, the work of local artist April Pine adds a layer of meaning. Her sculpture sits among the planting as something discovered rather than announced.

The laneway is remade as a wide footpath. Fruit trees, overhead trellises and soft lighting create a route that feels human in scale and unhurried in character. These shared spaces are designed to slow people down, to encourage time spent.
